These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and btepkr governing your use of the btepkr platform — including all gaming, betting, casino, and account services available at btepkr.net. Each person may hold exactly one btepkr account. Multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
All btepkr accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and balances are denominated in PKR. Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
All promotional offers and bonuses awarded by btepkr are subject to wagering requirements and conditions specified at the time of the promotion. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable requirements are met.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated tools or bots, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited. btepkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts involved in prohibited activities.

To register an Account and use the btepkr Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
btepkr uses automated and manual age-verification procedures. Any attempt to circumvent age verification — including providing false documentation — constitutes fraud and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Each eligible person may register and maintain exactly one (1) Account on the btepkr Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times. btepkr may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication token with any other person. btepkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
btepkr conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by its international licensing obligations. You may be requested to submit a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Gaming services may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
All financial transactions on the btepkr Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). btepkr supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Supported methods and applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.
Deposits: You may only deposit funds from payment instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — whether from a family member, friend, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. btepkr reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and may withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. btepkr may require satisfactory completion of identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier.
btepkr may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programmes to Players. All such offers are subject to these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Players who have opted into responsible gaming deposit limits that are below the minimum deposit required to qualify for a promotion will not be disadvantaged by their responsible gaming choices. btepkr will not pressure or incentivise Players to increase their limits in order to qualify for promotions.
All bets and wagers placed on the btepkr Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product — including the btepkr Sportsbook, btepkr Casino, slots, instant games, and any other gaming products offered on the Platform. Product-specific rules are available within each game or section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
Sports Betting: Bets accepted by btepkr are binding once confirmed. In-play bets are subject to live odds that may be suspended or adjusted at any time. btepkr reserves the right to void bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds, including but not limited to palpable errors. Settlement of bets will follow the official result declared by the relevant sporting body.
Casino and Instant Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) that has been independently audited. btepkr does not manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) for each game is disclosed within the game interface.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btepkr Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may result in legal action:
All content on the btepkr Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of btepkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
Any unauthorised use of btepkr's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
btepkr collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the btepkr Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
btepkr processes personal data for purposes including Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where consented, marketing communications. Your data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and is not sold to unaffiliated third parties.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by btepkr, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to our support team at the contact details provided in Section 16 of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btepkr's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
btepkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if btepkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
btepkr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. btepkr makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude btepkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
btepkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if:
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting btepkr support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, btepkr reserves the right to withhold any Balance and winnings in the Account pending resolution of any claims or investigations. Legal action may be pursued where appropriate.
btepkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, btepkr will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and may notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification where practicable.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under btepkr's international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and btepkr, you are encouraged to first contact btepkr's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. btepkr will endeavour to resolve all legitimate complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the dispute resolution body designated under btepkr's applicable gaming licence. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent btepkr from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent fraud.
